What are Pending
Earnings?
Earnings that are
waiting a specific action to be confirmed such as

receive in the mail for the survey. Once you complete

required, the pending amount will move to your earned

How do I receive $0.50 per
referral?
When someone you
refer signs up you will see $0.50 in pending earnings.
When they
complete the initial mailbox-cashbox survey and
confirm their address
it becomes earned money. This is an easy and fast way
to start earning

When do I start making
money?
Once you complete
the initial survey, you should start getting offers in the
mail within
30 to 90 days. The first offer you will receive is from
PeopleString.
You must complete this offer to verify your mailing
address. As payment
for completing this offer, you will receive $1.50. To
complete the
offer, you just need to enter the code on the mailer you
receive and
your account will be credited.
When will I receive the postcard that
verifies my address after completing my
survey?
If
you are in the
US or Canada, you will receive a postcard if you entered
your address
correctly. You should receive it within 2-3
weeks.
How much mail will I
receive?
On
average you should receive 1-2 pieces of direct mail a
day
If I am not in the US or Canada will I
receive this verification
postcard?
At
this time, no.
But, by completing the survey you will be enrolled in
the program where
you receive email advertising in your PeopleString
Inbox and can find

program?
Yes,
if you sponsor
others into your string that live in the US and Canada
and they
participate in the Mailbox-Cashbox program. You earn
a portion of what
they earn on all programs depending on your
membership level. Free
members earn 5% on their direct level and 2% on other
levels 2-6.
Entrepreneurs earn 20% on their direct level and 5% on
other levels 2-6.
Will the Mailbox-Cashbox postal mail
program ever come to my country if I am not in the US
or Canada?
It's
very possible
depending on your country, and the membership in
your country. In some
countries it is not customary to receive advertising mail
in your
postal mailbox. In some countries it is customary and
the advertisers
will begin to market to those countries as the
membership in those
countries increases. If you are in a country that
regularly receive
advertising mail, tell your friends and help grow the
membership in
your country.
Other countries may
be added at a later time. For now though you earn a
percentage on your
US and Canada string members down 6 levels. So if you
have Americans
and Canadians in your string and they participate in the
Mailbox-Cashbox program, you earn from their activity
as well.
Anyone from any
country can join PeopleString. You can still earn money
from People
Dollars, people shopping, people points, online games,
email marketing
and refer a friend. It's free to join and there will be many

Why do my $0.50 cent payments show
as Pending in the Transaction
Details?
The
Pending shows
until that person gets their Maiilbox-Cashbox
verification postcard in
the mail and types in their individual code for the
Mailbox-Cashbox
program. If you do not receive this code in three weeks
email support
and make sure they sent it to the correct
address.
How much money will each card/email
pay?
Depends on many
factors, but who you are and where you are play a huge
roll in how much
an advertiser will pay. To be safe, I would say
somewhere between 20
cents and 3.00 dollars. I know it is a wide range but it all
depends on
the advertiser.
Will I have to put the codes in my back
office each time I receive a post card or
email?
It
will depend on
what the advertiser demands for payment. Some times
just receiving the
card will pay you a small fee. Other times you may have
to visit a
website in order to be paid. You will decide if you want
to participate
in the offer or not. There will be a wide range of options
and some
cards will be very easy and others will require a little
more effort.

is up to you.

What do I need to use PeopleString's
Video email?
All you
need to use PeopleString's video email is a video
camera or webcam that
is hooked up to your computer and a PeopleString email
account.
Video email is a free offering from
PeopleString. Signing up for a PeopleString account is
simple. Just click here and type your username
to create your free or entrepreneural
account.
How do I send a video email?
Sending
a video email is simple. When you log in to your
PeopleString account,
click on the VideoEmail Button In your compose video
email page, you
will see the following options that allow you to customize
how you want
an expired message to appear and when you want a
message to expire.

There are two options. You can either recall a message
and resend it
with an attachment or you can edit the message and add
the attachment.
It's totally up to you.
Can I put a picture in an
email?
Yes.
You can insert your picture into an e-mail message that
is composed on
the PeopleString.com website. Then you can select the
number of times
(from one to infinity) that you want the receiver to be
able to view
the message. You can also make the image very difficult
to print or
save on the recipient's computer.
The
sender of an email has the option to select whether or
not the
recipient can print or save an email. If the sender
chooses the
non-print/non-save feature, then the email, while
looking like every
other email, will print nothing when the receiver clicks
print on the
computer and show nothing if the receiver tries to save
the text or
image. Remember that PeopleString emails cannot be
cut and pasted
either. This really leaves few options for saving an email
by a
recipient such as taking a photograph of the
screen.
What is tracking?
Sending
email regular with tracking, recallable or quick destruct
allows you to
see if an email has been read, how many times it has
been read and the
ip address that had read the email. To track your sent
mail click on
your edit sent folder and scroll over a number of views
to see all the
available information.
Do you read my mail?
Never, privacy is very important to us and we
never view your messages.

What happens to the messages
when they self-destruct?
Once a
message self-destructs there is no record of the
message on any
computer or server anywhere, they are completely
gone. The receiver and
you will still see that a message has been sent but the
message will be
gone forever.
Can the messages be printed,
copied, saved or print screened?
If you choose the hard to print option, your
messages protected from printing, copying, being
saved or print screened.
AIM,
Yahoo, GTalk, MSN currently can be logged into from
PeopleString IM.
You can log into multiple screen names on any of the
services at one
time.
How do I send a Picture or
Image?
Click
on the Picture icon on the lower right hand corner of
your IM Window.
Select your image and hit Insert. The picture should
automatically
appear in your chat box and be sent with the time
settings that you
have chosen for destruction.
How do I block someone from
contacting me?
The
block feature disables any user from contacting you.
Right click on the
buddy to display a dropdown menu. Select block user
from this menu.
How do I delete a buddy from my
list?
Right
click on the buddy you wish to delete from your friends
and click the
"delete buddy" icon. They will then be off your
list.
How do I add a buddy to my
list?
Click on the + button on your buddy list. Type
your buddies name and click add.

Why are the rebates
different?
Each
retailer that participates in the program has negotiated
a marketing
agreement with PeopleString, which determines the
rebate offered along
with any restrictions that may apply. (Travel, Special
Category Items,
Etc)
When do I get paid?
In
similar fashion to mail-in rebates the times can vary by
retailer,
however, online rebates typically appear as soon a 2-4
days after the
item has shipped or up to 30 days. (traditionally quicker
than the
normal 4-8 weeks for mail-in rebates)
When should I contact Support if I have
not received my rebate?
Since
the programs vary among the 100 of participating
retailers, we ask that
you wait a minimum of 30 days before contacting
PeopleString Support.
At which time we ask that you provide purchase details
for the
transaction in question.
Why does the percentage say 'Up to
___%'?
The
published rate for each retailer is an average rate based
upon the
rates for different categories of merchandise, as
provided by the
retailer per the marketing agreement.
Why are there Flat Fees for
Travel?
Even
though the retailer may offer up to ___%, most travel
retailers only
offer a flat fee based upon the type of ticket purchased.
